Paris Fashion Week 2027: Private Driver Transfers

Fashion Week in Paris: Paris fashion house shows, presentations and showroom appointments.

Typical case: a buyer from a New York department store lands at CDG on a Fashion Week Monday at 4.30pm. A showroom appointment is scheduled at 7pm in the Marais. He books a private driver through a mainstream app. The fare shown before confirmation is higher than the one he glimpsed on landing. He accepts. Traffic is at a standstill on the eastern ring road. He arrives at 7.38pm. The showroom closes at 8pm. He sees three collections out of fifteen planned.

During Fashion Week, Paris concentrates buyers, creative directors, journalists and sales teams from around the world into a few days. Demand for transport rises. Availability falls. On platforms with dynamic pricing, fares can rise sharply when demand exceeds supply.

For Paris Fashion Week 2027, the FHCM announces menswear from 19 to 24 January, Haute Couture from 25 to 28 January and womenswear from 1 to 9 March. A private driver available in Paris, booked in advance at a fixed fare, does not depend on these variables. Behind these transfers stands a team with experience in Paris since 1997.

What are the dates of Paris Fashion Week in 2027?

The FHCM announces menswear Fashion Week from Tuesday 19 to Sunday 24 January 2027, the Haute Couture week from Monday 25 to Thursday 28 January 2027 and womenswear Fashion Week from Monday 1 to Tuesday 9 March 2027. No dates have been published to date for the June and September 2027 editions.

Source: the FHCM official events calendar (fhcm.paris, events section), consulted on 23 October 2026. Dates for later editions will be added as soon as the FHCM publishes them. Venues vary according to the official programme of each edition.

This is not a public event. It is a succession of professional appointments, with constant movement between the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Golden Triangle.

Menswear Fashion Week in Paris: buyers and press

Menswear Fashion Week (19 to 24 January 2027) mostly brings buyers and press teams. They move from showroom to presentation with little margin between two addresses.

Haute Couture: discreet moves between hotels and ateliers

The Haute Couture week (25 to 28 January 2027) is the shortest. It addresses a private clientele and the fashion houses, with discreet journeys between hotels, ateliers and presentation venues.

Womenswear Fashion Week: the longest week

Womenswear Fashion Week (1 to 9 March 2027) is the longest of the three early-year editions. It is also the one where pressure on transport lasts longest.

Three signals that anticipate transport pressure

Demand for transport peaks at the start and end of each day. CDG and Orly arrivals in the 24 hours before the week opens concentrate many international travellers.

Concierges at hotels in the 8th and 1st arrondissements receive transfer requests, sometimes without a pre-established provider for the week.

Taxi queues outside show venues and major hotels can lengthen at peak times.

The three profiles that need a structured private driver during Fashion Week

Needs vary by profile. But the requirement is the same: a vehicle confirmed at a precise time, with no fare surprise.

International buyers

A buyer chains many showroom appointments in a day. Every delay pushes back the whole sequence. Punctuality is not a comfort. It is an operational condition.

Between two showrooms, the margin is short. There is no time to improvise transport.

Press teams, creative directors and fashion houses

Media teams juggle shows, backstage and interviews on schedules that can change at the last minute. A chauffeur who knows Paris and its access constraints is an operational variable that chauffeurs without local seniority cannot deliver.

Fashion houses' sales teams manage their own logistics: transporting models, showroom-to-headquarters return journeys, moving directors between two presentations. This volume calls for a pre-established agreement. Blackmile opens a business account with no fee and no minimum, with monthly invoicing and payment at 30 days, and organises transfers for up to 120 passengers and 10 vans on the same day.

What dynamic pricing changes during Fashion Week

On platforms with dynamic pricing, fares can rise sharply when demand exceeds supply, for example during events or strikes.

On a short journey such as Plaza Athénée to the Palais de Tokyo, the fare shown by mainstream apps depends on demand at the time of the order. It can vary widely between a quiet hour and a busy late afternoon. With a fixed fare, you know the amount before you confirm.

For a buyer chaining many appointments a day, the question is not only the price of one journey, but the certainty of price and vehicle. With hourly hire, a chauffeur stays assigned to your programme and the rate is known in advance, whatever the number of journeys in the day.

How Blackmile structures Fashion Week transfers

Four elements set a structured Fashion Week service apart from an improvised booking.

  • Fixed fare confirmed before booking: the quoted fare is the invoiced fare, whatever the traffic or demand on the day. Across 34,800 rides completed, no dynamic pricing.
  • A chauffeur assigned to your programme, addresses and times sent in advance, chauffeurs speaking English, Spanish and Arabic, a line reachable 24/7. Parking in front of each venue is not guaranteed: it depends on how each address is organised.
  • Hourly chauffeur hire for intense days: from €72 an hour, 3 hours minimum, the same chauffeur for the whole programme (full rates below). Schedule changes are handled without booking journey by journey.
  • Flight tracking for CDG and Orly arrivals: 60 minutes of waiting time offered after landing. The chauffeur adjusts their arrival if the flight is delayed.

How much does a private driver cost during Paris Fashion Week?

Hourly hire of a private driver in Paris costs €72 an hour in a premium saloon (1 to 3 passengers), €75 in a Mercedes V-Class van (1 to 7 passengers) and €100 in First Class (Mercedes S-Class), with a 3-hour minimum. The fare is confirmed before booking and does not change with demand.

Worked example, not a package, for an 8-hour day of appointments (VAT included): €576 in a saloon, €600 in a van and €800 in First Class. The 3-hour minimum charge is €216, €225 and €300. A 20% supplement applies between 10pm and 6am.

If the day runs over, it is charged at the hourly rate of the booking, with no recalculation based on the number of stops or traffic. The same chauffeur and vehicle, the booked class and free cancellation up to 24 hours before are guaranteed. The exact saloon model and parking in front of each address are not.

Airport journeys are booked separately as fixed-fare rides: book a private driver in Paris. For a Maybach, a Rolls-Royce or a Bentley, always with a chauffeur, exceptional vehicles on quote are provided on a written quote within 24 hours, subject to our partners' availability. No price is published.

For hotels: organising transfers for your Fashion Week guests

A 5-star hotel in the Golden Triangle welcomes Fashion Week guests: buyers, brand directors, international influencers. Every transfer incident can lead to a public review.

The concierge who books private drivers on demand through a mainstream platform exposes the establishment to the same risks every evening: unknown fare before confirmation, vehicle category not guaranteed, no SLA in the event of delay.

Our hotel chauffeur agreement fixes the fare at signature. Valid during Fashion Week with no event surcharge. Invoicing is monthly, separate from the guest folio. Contractual punctuality SLA at 95%.
