Collection of personal data
As part of our private driver activity, we collect the following personal data:

- • Booking management and ride fulfillment
- • Invoicing and payment tracking

Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on the performance of the transport contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests in improving our services.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for 3 years from your last ride, then archived for the sole duration required to comply with our legal obligations (in particular 10 years for accounting records, under Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code, and the 5-year limitation period of Article 2224 of the Civil Code).
Driver applications
When you apply as a driver, we process the information in your application (identity, contact details, experience, availability, professional documents) to review your file, arrange the interview and, if your application is accepted, manage our collaboration. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Your first and last name, email address, phone number, application status and availability are also copied to our internal team management tool, Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., United States), which only Blackmile administrators can access. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
If your application is not accepted, your data is deleted two years after the decision, including in Notion. You may ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
