Typical case: a company invites three clients to a box at the Rolex Paris Masters. One comes from a Paris hotel, another from an office in La Défense, the third from a flight that landed at Roissy. None of them knows what time the match will end.

The tournament has changed venue. Since 2025 it has been played in Nanterre, in an arena renamed Plenitude Arena on 1 July 2026. Habits formed at Bercy no longer apply: access routes, car parks and drop-off points are different.

This guide draws on the information published by the organisers, then explains how a private chauffeur at a fixed price fits into that arrangement.

Rolex Paris Masters 2026: dates, venue and address

The Rolex Paris Masters 2026 runs from 31 October to 8 November 2026 at Plenitude Arena, 99 Jardins de l'Arche in Nanterre, in the La Défense district. The tournament is no longer at Bercy: it left the Accor Arena for Nanterre in 2025. It is the last Masters 1000 of the season.

The arena was called Paris La Défense Arena until 30 June 2026. It has been named Plenitude Arena since 1 July 2026, following a naming deal with Plenitude, part of the Eni group. The old name still appears on many websites and maps: it is the same venue.

The session schedule is published by the organisers at rolexparismasters.com. The end time of an evening session depends on how long the matches last: that is the figure to consider before booking a return journey.

How to get to Plenitude Arena from Paris

According to the tournament's official website, Plenitude Arena is served by RER A (La Défense and Nanterre-Préfecture stations), RER E (Nanterre-La-Folie), metro line 1, tram T2 and Transilien lines L and U. By car, two car parks are listed, 18 and 25 minutes on foot away. Taxis and private hire vehicles have separate drop-off points.

By public transport

The tournament website lists five rail connections. RER A: La Défense or Nanterre-Préfecture stations. RER E: Nanterre-La-Folie station. Metro line 1 and tram T2: La Défense. Transilien L and U: La Défense. Sixteen bus lines also serve the district.

This is the simplest option for a spectator travelling alone. It is less so for a group of guests to look after, or for a return journey after a session that runs long.

By taxi or private chauffeur: where drop-off takes place

The official website gives two separate points. G7 taxis drop off and pick up behind the CitizenM hotel, opposite Entrance 33. For private hire vehicles (VTC), drop-off and pick-up take place on rue des Trois Fontanots, a few minutes' walk from the venue.

This is the information to pass on to your guests before the evening: pick-up is on rue des Trois Fontanots, not in front of the arena entrance. Enter this point in the booking, so that the chauffeur knows where to drop off and where to wait.

Parking at Plenitude Arena: 18 and 25 minutes on foot

To park near Plenitude Arena during the Rolex Paris Masters, the organisers list two dedicated car parks and 15,000 parking spaces nearby. Coupole Regnault, 15 Square Henri Regnault in Courbevoie, is 18 minutes on foot. Villon, 47 rue Paradis in Puteaux, is 25 minutes on foot.

That walk is added to both the outward and the return journey. The drop-off point for private hire vehicles, rue des Trois Fontanots, is a few minutes' walk from the venue.

Corporate hospitality: coordinating arrivals and returns

Guests in a box do not all arrive from the same place and do not all leave at the same time. Multiplying apps and expense claims complicates an evening meant to nurture a client relationship.

A Blackmile business account centralises these bookings: one pick-up per guest, at their address, with a fixed price known at the time of booking and a single consolidated monthly invoice. Our corporate events chauffeur service covers this case: several departure points, a single destination, staggered returns.

Punctuality is covered by a contractually guaranteed SLA. For an evening in a box, that is the commitment that matters: a guest who arrives late misses the start of the session.

Return after the match: fixed time or chauffeur on site?

There are two options. A return at a fixed time suits guests who agree to leave at an agreed hour. Hourly chauffeur hire suits an uncertain finish time: the vehicle stays on site for the booked duration and leaves when your guests come out. In both cases, the price is set at the time of booking, with no dynamic pricing at the exit.

  • Fixed price: the fare quoted at booking is the fare invoiced.
  • Pick-up at each guest's address: hotel, office, home or airport.
  • Pick-up point known in advance: rue des Trois Fontanots, the private hire zone indicated by the organisers.
  • Consolidated monthly invoice for business accounts.

Book transport for your guests

Boxes are booked in advance, and so is transport. For guest transfers during an event, you only need to give the departure addresses, the session dates and the number of vehicles.

Before the evening, check your session time on the tournament website: it determines the pick-up time.
